He showed me how to eat properly, how to prepare my meals, new training techniques. I've learned so much and he really showed me a way to a new lifestyle. I always tried to get " Big" and in doing so I put on a belly and strayed off the goal line drastically. I made major changes in body and am still seeing changes. Mike simplified it and made it enjoyable and all in a real reasonable amount of time. He said it constantly, " Quality not quantity". Mike also made me see that consistency with the diet and training will show you real results. I achieved major gains and am extremely grateful.
