How to:

1:  Incline Hammer Curl:

3 set pyramid weight up/reps down.

4th set Triple Drop Set weight down/reps up

 

2:  Concentration Curl:

3 set pyramid weight up/reps down.

4th set Triple Drop Set weight down/reps up

 

3:   Standing Cambered Bar curl:

3 set pyramid weight up/reps 10

Superset

Manual Bicep Contraction:

30 second Hold
